How much is the deposit, and is it protected?
Deposit details are confirmed when you book. Every deposit is protected in a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme.
I'm an international student — can I book? Do I need a UK guarantor?
Yes — international students are welcome. Our application process is fully online, so you and your guarantor can complete everything from anywhere in the world. If you don't have a UK guarantor, talk to the team about your options.
How does booking work?
Send an enquiry and our lettings team will arrange a viewing — in person or by video — then guide you through the online application. Nothing to print or post.
Can I stay over summer, or book a shorter stay?
