Fees Charged in Relation to Your Tenancy

The only payments charged in connection with your tenancy are:

1. the rent
2. a refundable tenancy security deposit of :
   1. for student or professional properties – 1 month’s rent
   2. for all other lettings – 1 month’s rent
3. a refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) equivalent to one week’s rent, subject to terms and conditions
4. a fee to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant of £50 (e.g. for a replacement tenant)
5. payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
6. payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax
7. interest of 3% charged on late rent, after 14 days of the due date
8. replacement keys – charged at £25 per key.
9. a charge if any payments are returned or refused by the tenant’s bank of £25.00
